tb-manual: review and update the known issues page
Maybe the Known Issues page could do with a little quality time, it definitely needs links on each topic. Also maybe there are new topics to add, some are not available anymore.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
