use documentation IP ranges for documentation (manpage)

https://phabricator.whonix.org/T878 made me read https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-manual.html.en#MapAddress

which uses other peoples IP addresses for examples. That manual entry might have contributed to that bug.

Please consider using documentation IP ranges example: 192.0.2.0/24 https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5737
