Hi Jens, as Tor's HR director lets grant Erin maintainer access for tor-project@, tor-team@, and tor-internal@.

I will remain the primary maintainer of these lists, and hopefully she'll keep me in the loop when she makes changes. But there's no need for me to actively stand in the way. As tor's HR director Erin should have access.

Erin, I'd prefer if you continue to go to me for subscription/unsubscription requests so I can keep our lists consistently configured, but if there's emergent changes you need made then feel free to inform me what ya tweaked after the fact.
