ControlPort has undocumented behavior

ControlPort's value can be set to address:port though man torrc says that only port can be specified.

== Problem 2

Option ControlPort can be set few times to bind to different "address:port"s. This is also not documented. Other options which can be set multiple times are explicitly documented with a statement like

This directive can be specified multiple times to bind to multiple addresses/ports

for SocksPort.
