Fix wrong email for sisbell behind the job-browser@ alias
It seems we had a typo in sisbell's email address for the job-browser@ alias. In #28770 (moved) there was the request to add sisbella@torproject.org but it should have been sisbell@torproject.org.
Could we get that corrected?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
