Log IPv4 and IPv6 connections in Tor's heartbeat message
Do we already keep IPv4 and IPv6 statistics? If we do, then this ticket is easy. If not, then it's a bit harder, because we'll need to add some code to rephist (or wherever we get the other stats from).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
