Drop translation priority as part of the filename for website files
Clean up the list of resources on Transifex by removing the translation priority part of the filename for the website files.
This means that instead of 1-high.index.pot, we'll have just index.pot.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
