Update .tx/config for GetTor

Please update the .tx/config file for GetTor. The following line:

[torproject.gettor-gettor-pot]

Should be changed with this line:

[torproject.2-gettor-gettor-pot]

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
