TorBirdy privacy-friendly automatic refresh

It would be nice if TorBirdy let you select which email accounts you want TorBirdy to refresh automatically, and then having TorBirdy refreshing them one-by-one separated at randomized intervals and being each account refreshed over a unique Tor circuit.
