Language issue and function mismatch with German language

With vidalia 0.2.12 (0.2.10 showed the same German entry but I never cared) from vidalia-bundle-0.2.2.24-alpha-0.2.12.exe I found out that it displaysa link at "Beteiligung" ("Sharing")

"Wie finde ich eine Tor-Brücke?" which would be "How do I find a (tor-)bridge?" If that link is clicked nothing happens (0.2.10 too, but I did not care).

After switching to English it shows "Who has used my bridge?" If that link is clicked it shows a message/statistic (like expected).

I did screenshots which I attach.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
