Run arthur's DNS timeout scanner, archive it in CollecTor, and add it to Onionoo.
However, our plans have changed and we dropped it from the new roadmap we made in Brussels. Creating this ticket to remember the idea even though we're currently not working on it.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
