Stop overloading the CPU when the test network is run in the integration tests
It might be caused by the test network relays' configuration. In the case it's not possible to do not possible to overload the CPU, it's still possible to simplify the relays' configuration.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
