https://donate.torproject.org/ is leaking huge amount of memory

It seems like https://donate.torproject.org/ is having an issue and leaking huge amount of memory and using too many CPU resources as well.

See the joined screenshot taken with about:performance with Firefox stable (65) on ArchLinux. Maximum for other websites is 50MB for heavy ones, here you can see 2GB+ and 700+MB. It's not instant and takes up some time to increase. Energy impact was seen as a maximum of 60 while most of other websites are under 1.0.
