Evaluate existing OnionPerf data regarding worst-case performance
We're currently showing median and quartiles of our OnionPerf measurements on the Tor Metrics website. However, it's equally important to analyze worst case performance: failures, timeouts, slowest runs, etc. This ticket tracks the progress of this project.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
