Allow https proxies in `meek-client --helper`
When using the browser helper, we currently allow http, socks4a, and socks5 proxies. Since Firefox 33, Firefox supports https proxies as well.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
