Create a Research Tools page
TorPS and Shadow should be on here, there may be other tools we want to include too. This would be the last thing that we have on the Metrics research page that we don't have on the Research Portal so would allow us to remove the research section from Metrics Portal.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
