Remove tor 0.3.3 from the git-* scripts
On the 28th of February, Tor 0.3.3 will no longer be supported: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/teams/NetworkTeam/CoreTorReleases
We need to remove it from the git scripts.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
