Cannot establish a TOR Browser session
Whn I attempt to establish a TOR Browser session in the morning, I usually have success. However, whenI try to reestablish contact in the afternoon, I failed with the message;
Tor failed to establish a Tor network connection
Establishing an encrypted connection failed (done 128.31.0.34.9101).
I have tried re-booting several times and it makes no difference. Why does Tor work in the a.m, but invariably fails in the p.m.
I am working in the UK on GMT. I running under wonderful Windows 10 (NOT!).
