Include a refactor plan
The parent ticket have some children tickets and we collected some ideas in https://pad.riseup.net/p/rGfvR7ZsvtoZ, but there are other ideas not collected.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
