Build firefox debug infos for linux-i686

With #26462 (moved) we disabled the build of debug info files on linux-i686, due to linker errors on 32bit hosts.

With #26323 (moved) we are now building on x86_64, so we should be able to enable debug symbols again.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
