Update trac wiki pages where sbws should be listed
All the pages where it's listed: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/search?q=torflow&noquickjump=1&wiki=on
For instance, include sbws in https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/projects Remove torflow when bandwidth authorities are happy with sbws.
Adding this in sbws as there's no component for trac pages.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
