Add email alias nextcloud-admin@tpo
In order to not have to add individuals to trac tickets related to nextcloud service administration, let's have an email alias for this group. We can then let that alias be the owner of the trac component.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
