new www.tpo has no favicon file
When I load the new www.torproject.org, I don't get any icon in my browser url tab.
Looking at the weblogs,
0.0.0.1 - - [31/Mar/2019:00:00:00 +0000] "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 278 "-" "-" -is by far the moment common 404.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
