Move android_strings.dtd to torbrowser_strings.dtd
In #27125 (moved) we moved out mobile strings for translations out of android_strings.dtd into an own file, torbrowser_strings.dtd. We should make the move in our translation repo as well to facilitate inclusion of translated content.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
