Add missing features to Chutney's CI and test script
There are some chutney features that don't have working tests.
We should create working tests, fix bugs, and add them to CI (like #29729 (moved)) and the test script (#30066 (moved)).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
