Add additional modertators irl and pili for -relays and -talk lists
We have a spam problem at the moment that needs greater attention, but the listed moderators are currently AFK. Please temporarily provide list admin password to myself and pili to allow us to attempt some mitigation.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
