BridgeDB's Makefile enhancements

We should decide on whether we want the newly added BridgeDB Makefile to actually install the software. I think it would be a nice thing if make install would do what we would expect it to do, instead of just telling the user an outdated version of what he should do. If we decide to keep it that way (why?), we should at least tell the user the full instructions about how to install BridgeDB correctly.

Also, the README should reflect the recommended way of installing BridgeDB. If we decide to go with the Makefile, this should go into the README.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
