RFC: Tor should warn about expiring keys much earlier (and leass annoying)
Currently it starts to complain 1 day before and complaints minutely - too late for operators being afk for week(s) or so.
What's about warning once daily around 1 month ago, and hourly when 1 day left before expiration?
