about:preferences not completely translated with Tor Browser 8.5
Seen with Tor Browser 8.5 build3 with german localization (only tested this one)
For example, on the left it says "General", "Search" and "Privacy & Security". Most of the content in "General" is in english, but e.g. in the part "Tor Browser Updates" it says correctly "Tor Browser ist aktuell" (german for "Tor Browser is up to date") and "Nach Updates suchen" (german for "Check for updates").
The content of "Search" is completely translated.
In the content of "Privacy & Security" only "Send websites a 'Do not track' signal ..." and the correspoding checkboxes are not translated.
