Android - Clean up torrc
As mentioned in ticket:30284#comment:22 and shown in ticket:30518#comment:3, the current torrc file has many entries we don't need. Let's clean out that file and only include the pieces we need.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
