Extend onionperf module to import new PARTIAL* and ERRORCODE fields

As soon as #30602 (moved) is released, let's import the new PARTIAL[51200|1048576|5242880] and ERRORCODE fields into the onionperf database for use in graphs. As for that other ticket I already have a working branch which is why I'm grabbing this ticket.
