Orbot translations are out of sync
The English .xml file has been updated (along with all the translated .xml files). This means that the translations we have in SVN do not match the translations we have on Transifex. Update the .pot file, all the .po files, pull translations from the Transifex server, convert to .xml and commit.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
