Add Vidalia-alpha translations to Transifex
I've merge the new GUI to the alpha branch on the official Vidalia repo. Translations have changed a bit, and they will probably change even more until alpha becomes stable. There should be separate translations for this branch.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
