Create new repository for Training Materials
We want to have a gitweb repository to hold our training materials.
We would like to have this available in gitlab also. I have already created the project: https://dip.torproject.org/torproject/community/training but I realised we probably need the repo created in gitweb first...
We probably need at least gus, emma, antonela and myself to have write access to this repo.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
