Tor Project support; TBB how to verify signature instructions incorrect for Windows.

Verifing Tor Browser for Windows at [https://support.torproject.org/tbb/how-to-verify-signature/] gives the incorrect TBB package name for the Cli verification.

I download Windows TBB package from Tor Project downloads page:

Correct package name

win64-install should be switched to install-win64
