Describe prop220 certs in tor-spec.txt
IIUC the ed25519 certs described in prop220 are not anywhere in tor-spec.txt even tho they are used as part of the protocol (and also as part of onion services). Shouldn't they be somewhere in torspec?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
