https://www.torproject.org/download/alpha/ contains links to all of our desktop alphas we distribute. We should add links to the alpha .apks hosted on our infrastructure, too. Users start asking for it: https://blog.torproject.org/comment/283696#comment-283696.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
