show control panel when opening tabs through systray menu
I just noticed a minor but confusing change (I'd say bug) in 0.3.0-alpha compared to the 0.2.x series -- when clicking any of the network map, message log och bandwidth graph entries in the systray menu, the tabs are indeed opened in the control window as per the new behaviour, but if the control window isn't open the user won't see this and must manually open the control window.
(BTW, there's no "Vidalia 0.3.0(-alpha)" entry for the Version field when reporting bugs)
