decommission togashii
I chatted with dgoulet, and we can retire togashii.
We can always set up a new VM for testnet services if they are useful again in the future. But for now, this setup is not in use.
This is part of the "retire textile" drive.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
