Add usage help option to git scripts
This is a follow-up to a bunch of sponsor 31 tooling changes.
While it's nice to have docs at the start of the script, it's even nicer to have a usage option "-h" and usage advice on errors.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
