Update project description on https://rbm.torproject.org/
The first paragraph on https://rbm.torproject.org/ currently makes it look like it is limited to creating packages for some linux distributions.
We should make it more clean that it can be used to do any kind of build, giving macOS, Windows and Android as examples.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
