Verify that EXT_float_blend WebGL extension is disabled

Similar to #26600 (moved) there are new WebGL extensions that got introduced since Firefox 60 ESR. In Firefox 67 support for ​EXT_float_blend got introduced in ​https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1535808.

We should verify that it is disabled.
