Semi-broken link to Orbot project

I looked here and did not see this issue reported: https://dip.torproject.org/torproject/web/tpo/issues

This page on the torproject website contains an Orbot link to this page on the guardian project site. That link appears to be outdated and has broken pieces of content.

Instead, this seems to be the correct link (from their navigation bar): https://guardianproject.info/apps/org.torproject.android/
