Tor Browser 9 on Lineage OS 14.1 stalls during start-up

A user on the blog reported that Tor Browser is just stalling during start-up on their Lineage OS.

It seems the same issue is happening with Orbot (see: https://github.com/guardianproject/orbot/issues/276)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
