Research moving mirrors to a bittorrent distro model
Research pros and cons of moving our website distribution to a peer to peer model, so one can mirror our entire website (all static html and binaries) via bittorrent. Current methods are https scraping or rsync.
Further, do we push out updates and point www.torproject.org to a list of bt peers so anyone can serve up the website?
