Clean up and simplify the donation page

Clean up and simplify the donation page. The donation page is a mess. Too many options and confusion thrown at the person who just wants to donate to us. Don't make it so difficult for them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
