gettor host fills up storage space when updating files

The current script to update the Tor Browser binaries to Internet Archive, GitLab, and Google Docs fills up the storage space on gettor before it finishes updating each file. gettor-01 currently only has 11GB worth of storage to work with.

We can solve this by deleting files before downloading the next one.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
