Update src/or and src/common in stem's documentation
Stem has a few references to tor's pre-0.3.5 directory structure in its documentation. We should update them based on the new subdirectories in 0.3.5 and later.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
