Reset 2FA config for alsmith NC user

I broke the phone that was my second factor for signing into nextcloud, and now I cannot get in.

Per anarcat: "i think it would 'just' be a matter of resetting your 2fa config"

Here's a starting place on the help.nextcloud forum: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/2fa-device-lost/57569

Attached, I encrypted a .txt doc to anarcat to verify this request is coming from alsmith. I tried sign it without encrypting, but I couldn't get the doc to open correctly after it was signed. I hope this works. Let me know if I need to do something differently.

My nextcloud username is alsmith.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
