Migrate dip from gitlab-01 to gitlab-02
Our current gitlab installation has been having an issue when creating merge requests from forked projects (see: #32197 (moved)). It might be a simple misconfiguration issue but gitlab service-admins and the sysadmin team prefers to migrate this service to a different VM running the ombibus package instead of the custom debian ansible playbooks.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
